The Salute to the Veterans Run donates approx. $10,000 annually to local disabled veterans. Starts at Palm Springs Harley Davidson, 19465 N. Indian Canyon Dr. registration 8:00am - 9:45am. KSU 10:00. Pre ride ceremony of bag pipes, National Anthem, posting of colors. Breakfast available. Enjoy an escorted ride through the back roads to the Event location in Palm Desert. There, local veterans will be provided donations of a PTSD Service Dog, Hand Cycle, cash donations to Legion of the Silver Rose, & Horse Rescue. There will be a motorcycle rodeo, beer garden, Harley Sportster raffle, 50/50, live band, food, & vendors. There will be a 40 ft. covered area for any ALR Chapter to promote their chapter and events,at no cost ( must be registered for event). Registration is $20.00 and includes ride pin and lunch.

This event not only raises money for local disabled veterans but is designed to help promote each chapter in Area 5 and the American Legion to the general public.
